Day 02: Ukhimath – Deoria Tal (2438 mts / 7998 ft)
In the early morning you can see snow-capped Himalayan ranges. 6:00 to 8:00 Am yoga class therefore breakfast at 8:30 Am then we start trek to Deoria Tal through the dense forest of Rhododendron along with wild flowers and ferns. The trek will take 3- 4 hrs. Upon arrival at Deoria Tal we set out the tents for overnight stay then before dinner 6:00 to 7:00 Pm meditation class, 7:30 Pm Dinner, 8:30 Pm- lights off.
Day 04: Chopta Tungnath (3680 ft / 12070 ft) – Chandrashila (4090 mts / 13415
ft) – Chopta
6:00 to 7:00 Am yoga class After an early breakfast trek to Tungnath with packed lunch. Tungnath is situated at the height of 3680mts above the sea level. The trek is 3kms upward and en-route you will find lush green meadows. You can witness a wide range of snow capped Himalayas. Upon arriving, pay a visit to Tungnath Temple. After resting for a while, you can head out for Chandrashila peak, which is a kilometer away from Tungnath. Later trek back to Chopta for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 06: Ashram (Rishikesh)
8:30 Group breakfast & 12:00 Pm farewell of the group.
Things to carry-
1- Trek pants- 2 pairs (ignor jeans, shorts, capris, denims.
2- T-shirt- 4 pairs (2 full & 2 half sleeves).
3- sweater- 2 ( 1 fleece & 1 woolen).
4- jacket- 2 ( 1 fleece & 1 down feather).
5- Thermal wear- 1 nos.
6- Gloves- woolen & water-proof.
7- socks- (3 cotton & 2 woolen pairs).
8- warm inner- wears.
9- rain coat- 1.
10- handkerchief or towel.
12- back-pack & rain cover.
13- couple of water-bottles.
14- Hiking shoes water-proof & ankle support.
15- glucose, chocolate, biscuits & nuts.
16- Personal medical kit ( if you require).
17- caps- 2 ( 1 suncap & woolen cap).
