Lie face down. Fold your arms, each hand on the opposite elbow, and draw the forearms in so that the
chest is slightly off the floor and the forehead rests on the crossed forearms. Keep the legs together, or separate them a comfortable distance with the toes turned either out or in. Close your eyes, and relax the legs, abdomen, shoulders, and face. Turn your attention to the breath. Feel the cleansing flow of the exhalation and the rejuvenating flow of the inhalation. Remain in the pose for about 15 breaths.
